Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BreachHub's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BreachHub.
Purpose of the Platform
BreachHub provides access to OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) tools and data aggregation services for legitimate cybersecurity research, threat intelligence, and informational purposes only. Our platform serves as an interface to query multiple intelligence sources through a unified API.
BreachHub does not host, store, create, or sell any databases containing leaked or breached information. We act solely as a search interface that connects users to third-party OSINT data providers.
User Responsibilities
By using BreachHub, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Not use the service for harassment, stalking, threatening, or any form of illegal activity
- Not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exploit the API or platform security measures
- Keep your API key confidential and not share it with unauthorized parties
- Not use automated systems to overload or abuse the service infrastructure
- Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
Users who violate these responsibilities may have their access terminated immediately without refund.
Subscription & Billing
BreachHub offers subscription plans with clearly defined pricing. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
- All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- BreachHub reserves the right to modify pricing for new subscriptions with advance notice
- Existing subscriptions will maintain their original pricing terms
BreachHub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without providing refunds for unused subscription periods.
API Usage Rules
Access to the BreachHub API is subject to fair use policies:
- API keys are personal, non-transferable, and tied to individual user accounts
- Unlimited usage plans are subject to reasonable fair-use limitations to ensure service quality for all users
- Abuse — including excessive automated queries, infinite loops, or deliberate service disruption — will result in immediate account suspension
- Rate limiting may be applied to prevent system overload
- Your API key is personal and confidential — you may not share, sell, or redistribute the key itself to any third party
- You may proxy the BreachHub API through your own service, provided your API key remains server-side and is never exposed to end users; you remain fully responsible for all activity under your key, including downstream and proxied usage
Third-Party OSINT Services
BreachHub operates as an aggregation platform, connecting users to external OSINT data providers including Snusbase, IntelX, LeakOSINT, LeakSight, and other intelligence sources. Important disclaimers:
- BreachHub does not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data provided by third-party sources
- Data availability and quality are dependent on external providers and may vary
- BreachHub is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party OSINT services
- Service interruptions or data unavailability from external providers are beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
BreachHub provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- BreachHub is not responsible for how users utilize the information obtained through our platform
- Users assume all risks associated with using OSINT data and are solely responsible for their actions
- BreachHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use
- We are not responsible for data accuracy, service interruptions, or financial losses
- BreachHub's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period
Account Termination
BreachHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts at our sole discretion if we determine that:
- The account is being used for illegal activities or malicious purposes
- There has been a violation of these Terms of Service
- The user has engaged in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- The account poses a security risk to our platform or other users
- Abuse or excessive misuse of service resources has occurred
Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds. Users may appeal termination decisions by contacting our support team.
Changes to Terms
BreachHub may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
